The instrumental is the song that became the anthem for the 1998 World Soccer Cup after we won it (unfortunately). It's usually associated with soccer fans drinking beer and jumping all over the place and all these stupid things only soccer fans have expertise for. Now you understand why the cover shows an ugly tuned car : bad taste !
