Accessoirement, Midas changeait en or tout ce qu'il touchait. Normal donc que Goldfrapp lui demande de l'aide pour enjoliver Katy Perry !
For you english visitors : this is a painting by Nicolas Poussin titled "Midas and Bacchus". Bacchus is the god of wine, and King Midas actually serves a play on words. None of my covers would be complete without a relationship with the "motor" world, the cars/bikes/planes... in France there's a network of car-repair shops that use the name "Midas". And Bacchus is here to remind you not to drink and drive :)
And of course, before begging Bacchus for his help (the scene above), Midas would turn anything he touched into gold. No wonder Goldfrapp teamed up with him to grace the infamous Katy Perry !
